Senior University Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior University Admin to provide dedicated administrative support to a group of faculty members.

This role offers a pay rate of up to $30/hour and is ideal for someone with at least three years of administrative experience, particularly with travel coordination and expense processing.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing travel logistics, handling reimbursements, and supporting communications across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for 4–5 faculty members
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including transportation and accommodations
  • Manage high-volume expense reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency (experience with Concur or similar systems preferred)
  • Prepare and edit a variety of documents, including professional correspondence and internal communications
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and develop detailed itineraries
  • Support event logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, and arrangements for visiting speakers or consultants
  • Provide limited calendar assistance as needed—faculty primarily manage their own schedules
  • Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role
  • Hands-on experience with travel booking and expense reimbursement processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense platforms strongly preferred
